FAQs & Shop Policies

General -

Can rings be resized?
Short answer: no.
Longer answer: no. The rings I make generally have too much metal to stretch into a larger size. I only have the most basic hand tools, so I am not able to make a ring smaller either.

Can you do repairs?
Short answer: no.
Longer answer: no. Repairing jewelry is kind of its own skillset and sometimes requires specific(and expensive) tools, which I do not possess.

Shipping -

Where do you ship?
Anywhere on the planet you pay for it to be shipped.

How do you ship orders?
Whichever carrier service you choose that is available for your address.

When are orders shipped?
Please do not expect your order to be shipped, or even arrive at your doorstep in a couple days. I am one small human, living in a rural area, 20+ miles from the nearest post office, UPS, and FedEx access points.

Major storms, landslides, and Other Fun Things do actually happen around here and have the unfortunate effect of causing power/internet outages and highway closures with startling regularity.

If I am away from home, or otherwise unable to ship orders within my normal timeframe, I will have the information posted online when shipping will resume.

Jewelry Care & Cleaning -

Avoid wearing your jewelry while swimming or bathing. Prolonged or repeated water contact will hasten wear and degrade soft, porous stones. Avoid wearing your jewelry during activity that may damage it. Keep turquoise or any soft stone away from other pieces of jewelry that may scratch or damage it.
Stones, silver, and other metals will darken, tarnish, or discolor over time.

Sunlight, oxygen, body sweat and oils, and anything else that comes into contact with your jewelry will contribute to this natural aging. Jewelry is best stored in its own airtight bag or container to help slow this process and to protect from scratches.

To clean your jewelry, some mild soapy water and an old, soft toothbrush should do the trick. Do not use chemical cleaners, as these can damage stones and possibly the silver and alloys as well. Jewelry polishing cloths do a wonderful job of removing tarnish and restoring shine.

Returns & Refunds -

Please be certain of your purchase when ordering online. I make every effort to provide all pertinent information and accurate photos. If you are uncertain about a purchase, you are more than welcome to request additional photos and information. I am happy to provide.

I will consider returns on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me by email if you wish to make a return. I will only consider returns within seven days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
